Duty free shops

Most of the boutiques & shops are open right from the first flight and close with the last one. All you need to shop is a valid boarding card. Travellers will find here the best fashion brands, beauty products and perfumes not to forget watches and jewellery and of course food and wines.

Please keep in mind that duty-free prices & discounts are only available to passengers on Non EU or French overseas departments and territories flights.

Lost and found property

Everything found within the airport is handed to the lost property office. However the Lost and found desk's location varies from a terminal to another. For terminal 1&3 the desk is situated in Terminal 1, just near the entrance of the CDGVAL train and for Terminal 2 just between the terminals A, B, C and D. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for a found item to be registered.

Please note that after 15 days, all found items are sent to the "Service des Objets Trouvés" at the lost property department of Paris Police headquarters, which is located at the following address : 36 Rue des Morillons, 75015 Paris - Phone number : +33 0 821 00 25 25 (€0.12/min)
