Charles de Gaulle Airport
(CDG Airport) is the main airport in Paris. It is located 25 km North
of Paris. To go there you have to take Highway A1 South if you go
downtown Paris and North if you leave the city. CDG is the second
largest airport in Europe just behind London Heathrow. CDG airport is
divided in 3 terminals, CDG1, CDG2, and CDG3 or T3. CDG1 is quite old
and crowded when CDG2 is modern, very clean and passenger friendly.
The last terminal is very small and mainly served by Easyjet.
Paris Charles de Gaulle
Airport is easy to access from Paris by train. The duration of your
transfer will approximately be 40 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord (North
Train Station) - It is a cheap transfer option : It only cost 8 Euros
per person one way -
