Taxi between the airport and city center
Taxi is one of the fastest and the most convenient way to travel door to door between Roissy airport and Paris city center. Travellers can either queue at the taxi ranks or book in advance to get meet and greet service.
Duration: Travel time is usually between 25 and 40 minutes.
Price : A flat rate applies for travel to central Paris. Roissy airport<->Paris : 50€ (Right Bank) - 55€ (Left Bank). Fares are indicative only - surcharge excluded. For pre-booked taxis the price is usually a little higher.
Transfer to or from other destinations
For other destinations than central Paris including Disneyland, Versailles, La Defense, ... fare is based on time and mileage (taxi meter). There is a compulsory Pick-up charge of 2.6€ and a minimum fare of 7€.

About illegal taxicabs
Paris also has its share of illegal taxicabs that are trying to rip off unsuspecting travellers. Visitors should be aware that only licensed cabs can pick up passengers without reservation at the airport. A legal taxi has a sign on the roof and the driver will never come into the terminal to ask arriving passengers if they need a ride. To make sure to take a licensed cab follow the taxis sign and queue in the designated area.
