RER B commuter rail line is connecting Roissy de Gaulle airport to Paris city center. It may not be the most comfortable transport option offered to travellers to get to & from Paris but it is probably the cheapest. Trains run from 5am to 11.50pm.
Duration: Travel time is usually between 25 and 40 minutes depending on the train beeing direct or not.
Frequency: One train every 10 to 20 minutes.
Stations: 2 stations at the airport, Roissypole (serving terminals 1 & 3) and Terminal 2. 7 stations downtown Paris including Gare du Nord Train station and Chatelet.
Tickets price: A one way ticket costs 10€.
TGV high speed trains connect Roissy airport to many French and Belgium cities. Passengers originating their trip from one of these locations often buy a combined ticket for train and plane called TGV Air. The railway station, bright, modern and spacious, is located inside the Terminal 2 at level 1&2.
